Quick access to public transportation, well-appointed rooms, access to local cultural spots
Limiting guests to a single room key is rather inconvenient!!! The lack of English TV options for someone wanting to unwind with a movie after a long day is a major oversight!!!

Charming, Charming, Charming.
I was absolutely enchanted by the personalized touch of a handwritten note waiting for me in my room upon arrival. The staff treated me like family, especially the lovely ladies at the front desk who shared fantastic local tips and arranged transport effortlessly. Plus, my Classic Room was not only well-appointed but also provided a serene view of the tranquil courtyard.

The Classic Room was pretty nice and comfortable. Decor was excellent, and the lighting really set a good vibe. Size was decent compared to other places in Paris. Loved the little touches like a hand-written welcome note. The mattress was cozy, and the bathroom had good amenities. Overall, it felt welcoming and clean, just how I like it.

Location is right off the Champs-Élysées, making city exploration a breeze. Rooms are neat and clean, offering a cozy feel for a quick trip.
The Triple Executive Suite is pretty cramped, definitely not spacious enough for three people without close quarters. Room temperature can't be adjusted easily, controlled by reception, which led to some uncomfortable nights. Plus, you can't dial reception directly from the room, forcing you to trek downstairs to resolve issues. If you're scent-sensitive, the strong food odors from the Moroccan restaurant downstairs might be an unwelcome surprise in the hallways and rooms.

More accessible seating in the common areas.

A delightful surprise at check-in
Our arrival was filled with joy when we discovered a heartfelt welcome note and an adorable arrangement of flowers in our room. The staff made us feel so special!
However, we did have to wait until 3 PM to check in, which was quite a hassle after a long flight. A little earlier access would've made our experience perfect.
